At Blue Willow Dog Coats, all of our coats are custom-made to fit your dog perfectly! Depending on his or her breed and body shape, your coat will fall into two styling categories:

English vs. Western Styling

English Style:	English Style: The English style coat is designed especially for the sighthound body shape. Perfect for Greyhounds, Whippets, and Italian Greyhounds, with the deep chest and tiny waist that most jackets just don't fit!
Western Style:	Western Style: The western style coat is for dogs very little curvature at the hindquarters. It is styled to fit dogs with no tails (or stubby tails which stand up) or long tails which are carried high (Visulas, Weimaraners, Dobermans, Shar-peis, Westies, Chihuahua, small terriers and others).

One very beautiful Rhodesian Ridgeback in a Snow Angel winter coat, with black Gore-tex outside, camel Polartec fleece inside. Despite the Ridgeback's large tail, this coat is styled in the English (over-the-rump) style for maximum warmth. There is also an extra-long turtleneck collar.
